Junior Video Editor

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who has a passion for creating engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye for storytelling, strong editing skills, and an understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) for social media platforms.
• Trim, cut, and arrange footage to create high-quality, engaging content.
• Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and animations to improve video appeal.
• Work with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in all video content.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms in terms of format, resolution, and style.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and viral content formats.
• Handle basic color correction and audio adjustments for better video quality.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
• Passion for digital media, content creation, and social media trends.
• Portfolio or samples of past work (Reels, Shorts) required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
